The Metrobank Foundation, Inc. recognizes its responsibilities under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).  By registering and logging in to this event, you agree that we will collect, use, and process your personal information such as name, residential and office addresses, contact details (phone numbers, email address), occupation/affiliation, and photograph, for administrative and internal documentation purposes.

You also agree that we will use your complete name and occupation/affiliation, and photograph for publicity purposes in print, television, radio and digital media of Metrobank Foundation and its MADE Program.

You also allow MBFI to use your contact details to send you information about our corporate social responsibility programs and MADE events and activities.

As an event attendee, you may revoke these authorizations at any time by notifying us in writing at mbfi.dataprotection@metrobank.com.ph. 

All personal information collected will be stored in a secure location (online and offline); retained in accordance with our retention policies; and only authorized employees will have access to them. If you think that your personal data was mishandled in terms of confidentiality or integrity, or if someone tampered with your personal data without your consent, please do not hesitate to contact our Data Protection Officer through the following:

Re: Artwork Selling

a. Under no circumstance that MBFI negotiates the price on behalf of the buyer and/or the artist.
b. Monetary transactions should only be between the artist and the buyer/client.
c. The buyer may also opt to contact the artist for his/her own commissioned work.
d. The exhibition is not an auction; buyers can neither bid nor negotiate with the MBFI staff.
e. No alterations on the declared price of the work will be done.
f.  MBFI does not collect any percentage or will take part in the sales of the semifinalists artwork, all proceeds go to the artist.
